GemX DSM System adds an exiting new dimension to the way you receive support as a GemX software application user. It's fast, it's easy, it's effective and most importantly it's REAL. Not one of those auto responders or template based answers sent by a secretary who doesn't have the technical knowledge to understand your question. Your inquiries are answered by people with technical knowledge, most of the time by the actual developers themselves. What's more, in do-Organizer 3.1+, there is a special folder called DSM, in the Mailer section where you can access all your support inquiries and even use the do-Organizer to send us messages. It's a great way to organize, because you dont have to use the web browser to access your DSMs. Please remember, access to DSM System is only available to GemX Software registered users. What is DSM?
You don't have to depend on conventional emails to get answers to your concerns and questions about GemX applications. No more lost or undelivered emails. You can contact us without worry if your email delivered or not.

Quite simple really. You'd type your message in the input boxes. We will get this message within 5 minutes and will answer it within 8 hours or earlier, except non-business hours. Our business hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm based on CET time zone [+1 UTC] You don't even have to type in your email address. It's intelligent enough to know your customer info from the moment you logged in. Because of this intelligence, only you will see your messages and replies, nobody else. There are additional benefits using DSM besides providing much more reliable communication channel between you and GemX. At any time, whenever you logged in, you can see all your message history which includes your questions, feedback and our answers. If you encounter a problem using GemX applications, we are here to help you solve your problem or answer your concern. All registered users are qualified for free support. Now, you can obtain support using Direct Support Messaging - DSM facility, beside emails and other available methods. |
